Job Description :
- Analysis of financial statement and industry to assess the credit risk of the counter-party.
- Analysis of Credit Approval Memorandum to ensure its completeness
- Understand industry dynamics of the borrower
- Discuss/Pilot the proposal with Senior Management as well as business
- Suggest acceptable structure to mitigate the risk identified.
- Client Calls to understand latest development
- Preparing portfolio reports at periodic intervals
- Monitoring of account conduct thru excess report, deferral report, and quarterly financials.
- Build MIS and provide critical analysis of portfolio performance and composition, identifying stress points
