What you will be expected to do with us :

The Human Resources Manager will have the primary responsibility for effective talent acquisition of the aligned business area. S/he will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various talent acquisition initiatives. The person will be an Individual contributor & will be expected to be actively involved in the recruitment & selection process.

Qualifications & Experience required :

Education : Candidate should be a full time MBA post in HR from a Tier 1 School

- Young HR MBAs with 3-5 years of experience

- Tenacity and ability to build processes from scratch are imperative.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator including excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Influencer amongst friends and community

What will you need to be successful in this role - Happiness Manager :

- Have a profound knowledge in all full lifecycle of recruitment

- Ability to understand business strategy and HR implications

- Creative insight and delivery of practical HR solutions to meet business challenges

- Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management

- Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities

- Have the ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible

- Must be result-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment and must effectively deal with ambiguity.

- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity
