JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB

- Lead and provide direction for the creation of brochure and other communication pieces, photography, art direction and copy writing.

- Collaborates with Category team to understand direction of all categories Campaign team to understand the store and campaign strategy, and and formulates creative strategy to contribute to the achievement market business results.

- Ensures that the brochure and related print pieces are a driver of and support Avon's image as a modern and contemporary beauty brand.

- Provides direction in the timely development of the Avon brochure and other communication pieces.

- Translate the marketing briefs to attractive creative theme approaches, structured and are well balanced to potray the best company image.

- Ensure photography quality is good and is reproduced well in print.

- Ensure compelling copy for each product, bring out the USPs effectively.

- Establishes and manages the creative material and photography budget

- Proof check throughly to ensure no errors in the print materials.

- Ensure creative material has appropriate colors and print quality.

- Handle end to end creatives – brief to end print dispatch.

- Coordinate with printer on timelines of delivery including prepress and printing schedules; deliver material on time everytime.

- Day to day management of creative team including performance management, training and development.

- Ensures that the brochure and related print pieces are a driver of and support Avon's image as a modern and contemporary beauty brand.

- On time delivery everytime.

- A responsive, strong and happy creative team.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS -

BASIC

- Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream

EXPERIENCE –

- YEARS - 5 to 7 years experience in

- AREA - advertising or corporate communications

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE

- Highly creative, strong communication skills, presentation skills

ABILITIES

- Proficient in Apple Mac, Quark Express, Adobe Photoshop

- Must have had a high level of responsibility and proven leadership/management experience

- Understands advertising and campaign planning
