Position – Creative Head

Experience – 7 to 10 yrs

Job Profile:

- Clear mandate to take the organization to the next level as a Digital Solutions Company

- Drive Creative Vision & Delivery for all businesses.

- Conceptualize & Execute cutting edge digital solutions for the much adored portfolio of brands managed

- Lead & manage a team of young creative talent to help realize their potential & keep the creative fire burning

- Liaison with business & technology teams to deliver a unified approach to digital solutions

- Exp in digital space concept making.

- Creative Strategy for brands: Understanding the brief and developing concepts, contests, rich media solutions.

- Digital Innovations for Sales and Activation including 360 Communications and social media apps

- Creative Selling: Going for sales meets, con-calls with clients, making pitches leading to closures

- A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process

- Expertise on microsite- site layout design, expertise on social media integration & knowledge of HTML/ flash

Qualification: Graduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required.

Essential Skills: Should have understanding of gaming - online/ mobile, Advergaming expertise on client’s brands.

Compensation – upto 16 Lacs pa
