We are looking for Creative Art Director/ Creative Head for Gurgaon Corporate office of the client

3) Experience - 12- 18 Years with atleast 2 years leading the Creative & Art team of leading Media/ Creative agency

4) Qualification- Graduate with exposure in Digital/ Creative media with an organization of repute

The Job Responsibilities would include:

- To craft creative strategy for clients

- To ensure the timely development and execution of programmes, campaigns and projects

- Work closely with design and community engagement team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels

- Develop and facilitate training related to new technology, strategy in sync with the market

- Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) to implement real time design strategies and content

- Should able to establish the creative vision, ideating original & winning campaigns and developing them into stunning visuals

- Analyze Plan and interpret the clients business needs and develop visual content as per the brief.

-Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing and publishing content
