We work closely with various stakeholders including government departments (agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, rural development etc.), national and multi-national agribusinesses, NGOs and research and academic institutions.

Job profile:

- The current assignment entails engagement with ground level research including interactions with farmers, government officials, stakeholders in rural areas, industry players involved in agribusinesses, etc.

- The candidate is expected to support the research work by involvement in all aspects of the project including desk review, field data collection (quantitative and qualitative), data analysis and report writing.

- The successful candidate will also be interacting with the project partners (Government, Public, Private, donor agencies) as and when required.

- The candidate will also be involved in writing project proposals, coordinate and follow up with stakeholders etc.

- Has to handle a team and will be concentrating more towards implementation.

Desired qualification:

- Masters Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Agricultural Economics/ Rural Management / Economics / Development Economics or relevant field.

- The position calls for excellent writing skills.

- Prior work experience on development related activities and project will be an advantage.

- At least 4 to 8 years work experience in relevant field is required.

- Knowledge of econometric will be an added advantage.
