Designation : SAP Solution Architect & SAP Project Manager.  Location : New Delhi  About the Role : The role is that of being a part of ERP Advisory Team. This is only an Advisory role and not an Implementation role.  Overall responsibilities/Job Description :  The Prime responsibilities as a Solution Architect include :  - To design apt Solution Designs for the Clients. To serve as the conduit between businesses and technology in Client Organizations.  - To do deep-dive sessions for the clients to help them visualize what all they can do to leverage their SAP landscapes more.  - To do Health Assessments of SAP/ERP Landscapes.  - To do SAP Evaluation for Client Organizations is SAP well suited based on their business requirements-   - To conduct AS-IS, TO-BE and to do BPR for Clients Processes.  - To assist in Order Closures for a suitable ERP, through Evaluation assistance.  The Prime responsibilities as a Project Manager include :  - To do Project Management of SAP Implementation projects. This is over and above the Project Management done by the Implementation Partner.  - Drives cross-functional team members to develop detailed project schedules and milestones, project plans, budgets, scopes, timelines and risk mitigation plans to meet project requirements while maintaining positive team morale.  - Represent CREATING VALUES in Working Committees / Steering Committees of the Projects.  - Servicing and enabling clients to make decision making, helping them to make their IT effective and also helping them to reduce their costs. This is a pure delivery role.  - Creating proposals and approach notes for clients describing the issues being faced in the current context and the tentative solutions provided by the company.  Ideal Candidate :  Must Haves :   - Shall be mandatorily from a consulting firm ( Big4 or similar)  - Relevant Experience of 7-10 Years.  - 2014 Creating Values Pvt. All rights reserved.  - Strong understanding of business impact of technology and the way SAP Landscape shall be run effectively.  - The candidate must be within the top tier of IT consulting companies with rich experience of handling multiple clients for a similar role.  - Part of/Has Lead at least 02 SAP Full Life-cycle Implementations.  - Sound and thorough knowledge of at least 02 Functional Modules in between FICO, MM, SD, PP and QM.  - Shall be presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.  - Shall have Presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organization's views and thoughts.  - Shall be open for travelling for Domestic and International assignments for pre-sales and delivery.  Nice Haves :  - Technical understanding of SAP ecosystem technologies such as BW, BO, HANA, Fiori, APO, PI is highly desirable.  - Experience of SAP CRM, SRM and Success Factors will be an added advantage.  - Expertise of managing/assisting SAP in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
