About the Role: The role is that of a Manager/Senior Manager based out of New Delhi. This is only an Advisory role and not an Implementation role.

Overall responsibilities/Job Description

- The Prime responsibilities as a Project Manager include:

To do Project Management of SAP Implementation projects. This is over and above the PM done by the Implementation Partner.

To set up the PMO and to manage & govern the project on agreed costs, time and KPIs.

Represent CREATING VALUES in Working Committees / Steering Committees of the Projects.

To do deep-dive sessions for the clients to help them visualize what all they can do to leverage their SAP landscapes more.

To do SAP Evaluation for Client Organizations - is SAP well suited based on their business requirements-

To conduct AS-IS, TO-BE and to do BPR for Clients Processes.

- Servicing and enabling clients to make decision making, helping them to make their IT effective and also helping them to reduce their costs. This is a pure delivery role.

Ideal Candidate:

- Shall ideally be having an experience of 3-10Years.

- Shall have strong understanding of business impact of technology, and the way SAP Landscape shall be run effectively.

- Shall be a SAP COE head /or a senior SAP Function Leader in a Large or a Mid-Size Organization while handling SAP Functional & Technical Consultants (Preferred) for his/her employer Organization.

- The candidate can also be a Manager/Senior Manager/Consultant/Sr.Consultant within the top tier of IT consulting companies with rich experience of handling multiple clients for a similar role.

- Shall have been a part of / lead at least 02 SAP Implementation cycle.

- Shall have sound and thorough knowledge of at least 02 Functional Modules in between FICO, MM, SD and PP & QM.

- Experience of APO, SAP CRM, SRM and Success Factors will be an added advantage.

- Expertise of managing/assisting SAP in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.

- Shall be presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.

- Shall have Presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organization's views and thoughts.

- Shall be open for travelling for Domestic and International assignments for pre-sales and delivery.
