Creating Values - Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all Brand & Marcom activities of the company.
- Responsible to co-create the Brand's Vision and to lead the execution.
- Responsible to coordinate all ongoing Marcom activities being done by multiple agencies like in the field of Content, Emailers/ Newsletters, Videos/Animations, SEO/PPC and Digital etc.
- To lead design & change management of the Company's Digital & Social presence.
- To design & drive effective Sales Promotion activities with various customers & stakeholders.
- To be point of contact for all Partner Programs.
- To lead company in various Industry events
- To project company in award forums to increase brand visibility
- To be a helping hand to deliver client side projects where Marketing consulting is required as an add-on.
Required Skills :
- Candidates with 2-5 years of experience will be preferred.
- Candidates will be preferred with MBA or equivalent.
- Shall be part of a large Organization in the Marcom function and possess experience of handling similar profile and also to work along with multiple agencies.
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels.
- To be able to work independently in his/her role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent logical thinking and good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel.
Salary offered : 8 - 9 LPA
