Crakle is a technology company currently in stealth that is developing a platform for the services vertical. Our vision is to enable the 1000's of small and medium businesses in India grow into new markets and verticals, while we enable them to compete in the current digital landscape. We- re operating in a blazing, fast growing segment with a huge opportunity & one of the largest Total Addressable Markets.

Profile

We- re looking for a fearless, brilliant manager to help run the Operations on the ground. As the Interim GM, you are a core member of the Crakle management team. Your core responsibility will be signing new partners into the platform and scaling it efficiently. You- re also responsible for putting in place the processes, structure for vetting out and hiring partners/customers locally, providing them and their service professionals with the appropriate training to use our technologies and platform. You are forward-thinking and flexible as we play with how to run our business out of an existing market.

What You- ll Do

1. Identify, short list and sign up potential partners in the area

2. Develop processes and co-ordinate meetings with the partners on a regular basis to

- Train them and their service professionals/employees on the platform and apps

- Co-ordinate with development team to customize, on-board and launch each partner

- Assist each account on an ongoing basis to ensure good results for the partner

3. Provide regular feedback to the development and management team on feature requests & customizations

4. Complete legal documentation and license agreements on signing each partner

5. Develop & manage focused and targeted local marketing campaigns to generate ground-level buzz and awareness.

What You Need

1. Experience in consulting, marketing or operations capacity and a graduate degree

2. Creative solutions driven mindset and Entrepreneurial thought-process.

3. Show street-smartness in on-boarding partners, attracting them through incentivization and the promise of incremental revenue opportunities.

4. You are fiercely motivated and a hustler in coming up with a game plan and executing it with a - Get-it-Done' attitude.

5. You also show equal ability in communicating with top-level executives as you are in communicating with blue collar service-professionals.
