The Key Strategic Objectives For This Role Include  - Develop a vision for Mobile channel incorporating software tools, product roadmap, and enabling programs to drive the growth in adoption of Mobile Apps covering all steps in the process from awareness to success on the platform.  - Innovate and develop frameworks to define and measure the critical customer facing inputs to drive the business including funnel analysis and metrics for success.  - Own the new customer experience on the platform and lead the identification of gaps in critical systems and tools to identify solutions.  - Manage and influence multiple international stakeholders, including business and technical teams. You will partner with operations, marketing, technology, and business development teams to work on product strategy and roadmap and product execution.  - Continually assess the needs of customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy for providing the best in class customer experience. Produce high quality BRD's and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. and communication strategy to enable easy discoverability and access for sellers.  - Define the organization with the right roles focused on the right projects to drive the business. Ensuring the right goals, metrics, training and development opportunities are in place for the team will be a priority during the first 12 months of the role.  Preferred Qualifications  - MBA or advanced degree preferred  - 8+ years experience in building and developing scalable consumer product.   - Experience in managing product development teams.   - Passionate about building and scaling up the product in the consumer internet/ e-commerce space.   - Exceptional knowledge of product marketing strategies, concepts and practices.  - Strong product management & performance measurement skills.   - Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives.  - Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation.   - Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills .  - The individual should be detail oriented, self-confident, possess high energy levels and have the ability to lead, motivate teams, and manage time effectively.  - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.  - S/he must be a go-getter and someone who will be willing to execute and not just delegate
