We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Lead for our Bangalore-based Marketing Team. Our ideal candidate has a flair for event management, production and branding.   - The candidate not only has a deep understanding of CoWrks- diverse user group - which is dominated by technology start-ups and freelancers, but is also an ardent follower of India's technology landscape and exudes the passion to get involved.   - Success in the role would be achieved when the candidate it able to deliver high-energy, high-engagement events, exceptional management of branding & merchandise as well as mastery of the creative controller function. Above all, the candidate must be an effective manager.   - Coordinate with vendors & agencies to deliver high-quality creatives and merchandise as per CoWrks brand standards   - Manage CoWrks ATL & BTL activities across various platforms  - Manage Community, Inbound & Outbound events across all CoWrks locations  - Drive customer acquisition initiatives - Work closely with Community Managers to conceptualize event calendars  - Liaise with alliances and sponsors for events  - Ensure event success through strong relationships with event managers, community teams  - Participate in relevant outbound exhibitions and conferences maximizing visibility and lead generation   - Extensively use analytics tools to measure the impact of all marketing initiatives and campaigns   - Manage the team that is singularly responsible for lead generation via all marketing initiatives  - Mentor and nurture all direct subordinates   - Maintain strong working relationships with other team leads   - Ensure that all stakeholder objectives are met with respect to Events and other Marketing Initiatives   - Optimize ROI across branding, merchandise, events & marketing initiatives   - Constantly improve alignment between the Marketing Strategy and the organization's strategic objectives - Understand the user groups that will engage with events and all marketing initiatives   - Support all other teams to ensure consistency of quality across all initiatives  - Pay close attention to detail in aesthetics and functionality and achieve balance in design  - Frequently research the latest marketing trends and lead generation practices   - Keep track on successful marketing strategies used across various events and marketing initiatives   - Conceptualize content ideas that achieve user relevance and retention - Present and defend content and key milestone deliverables to peers and executives  - Establish, document and promote marketing guidelines, best practices and standards   - The ability to effectively manage and nurture a team  - Material understanding and use-cases (i.e. sun-boards vs. foam-boards)   - Printing techniques (i.e. UV printing vs. Vinyl printing. Or Digital printing vs. Screen printing on t-shirts)   - Understanding of pre-event marketing, event vendors & logistics, equipment used and equipment configuration   - Understanding of artist management, technical/hospitality riders   - Campaign ROI metrics   - Merchandising experience   - Experience single-handedly driving ATL & BTL initiatives   - Branding and creative supervision  - Ardent follower of the Indian and Global start-up landscapes
