Exp : Min 13 yrs   Qualification: ONLY REGULAR MBA   Looking for candidates from Office automation, CD and FMCG Industry or from Agencies worked for these industry big brands.  Build the Annual Marketing plan for Consumer PC category in close co-ordination with category & GTM keeping in mind the business objectives   Engaging WW / Regional Marketing stakeholders to develop India specific campaigns & initiatives, built on Consumer insights   Drive execution of the quarterly plan with a 4P's approach, evaluating performance against a pre-determined ROI metrics   Drive - Digital First- across stakeholders in Marketing, Category & Sales   Driving the complete Marketing mix for Consumer PC category incl. advertising, media, consumer insights / research & PR, Retail through active engagement with agency partners & media owners.   Managing the budgets & processes to drive execution excellence.  Key skills required would be :  1) Hand-on experience to 4P's approach of Marketing planning & execution  2) In depth understanding & hands-on experience of Digital - social, search, display & mobile  3) Communication skills - clear, precise in his or her communication, excellent presentation skills  4) Analytical - data interpretation skills   5) Aptitude to actively manage processes across multiple systems for marketing ops  6) A team player with an ability to influence others to drive alignment & execution  7) Ability to drive things independently while working in a - matrix- organization with multiple stakeholders across functions & geographies
