Ltd. have an opening for the post of Country Manager with one of our esteemed well know Pharma client in India.  Designation : Country Manager  Job Location: Congo (Central Africa)   Salary : $ 35000-$40000 p.a  Job Description :  - To manage entire sales operation of organisation of an assigned country .  - Team of people to handle.  - To forecast sales accurately.  - To achieve sales target - To handle a team of Medical Representatives, Area Managers and other members.  - Can manage and grow the business with multiple sales and marketing initiatives and processes.  - Development and achievement of sustained sales and marketing strategy.  - To close sales on a consistent basis and in line with prescribed credit and delivery terms.  - Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan are tasks a Country Manager may have to deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.  - A key part of the role of Country Manager will be to produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.  Experience, Qualification & Skills :   Experience : 3-10 yrs pharma sales & product management  Qualification : B.Pharm + MBA/PGDM  Skills : Sales managers with strong performance track record and ability to manage the entire country with his team.  - Should have a Leadership quality and presentable personality.  - Candidate with Product Management background will be preferred.  Industry Type : Pharma   Piyali  Hector and Streak Consulting Pvt Ltd
