Country Manager - Rice Trader (3-10 yrs)

Competencies Required :
- Experience in Sales & Marketing for 5 years minimum, with at-least 3 year of Bangladesh
Education : MBA from good institute
- Knowledge & experience of distribution of Commodity is must.
- Understanding of Sales, Pricing, Distribution, Logistics and Key Account Management
Knowledge of designated countries in-terms of :
- Customers, Currency, banking, Industry and Environment
- Risks associated with country & mitigation
- Mode of distribution & sale of Food products in specified countries
- Hands on, Articulate, Assertive and a go-getter.
Job Profile :
- Setting up branch/ subsidiary in Bangladesh and Managing sales & distribution of company's products viz Palm oil, fats, soap, detergent, rice, dairy products etc.
- Appointing distributors and handling Sales Channel
- Key Account Management
- Recruiting & Managing Local Team - coordinating between country and HQ
- Competition Information
- Providing a view with respect to local happenings (both political & business related) to help HQ in strategy formation.
