Pharm (Preferred) with MBA in Marketing.  Experience:   - 3 - 5 years in Myanmar Market with active Sales experience.  - The job involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation.   - The Country Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of Myanmar and more specifically its pharma and healthcare sector.   - Should possess good networking skills.  Job Profile:   - Managing the Company's operations in Myanmar. This will include taking responsibility for the marketing and sales of the company's products, and meeting budgetary targets.  - Developing and implementing business strategies for growth.  - Effective liaison with the regulatory and other government authorities, and keeping abreast of government policies.  - Preparing detailed annual budgets, and providing monthly reports to the head office in Mumbai on performance and achievement of targets.  - Effectively leading a team of medical representatives & managers and ensuring close co-ordination with the distributors.  Age : 30- 35 years  Salary package : Depends on the candidate's experience & knowledge.
