Country Manager - Human Resources - IT (13-20 yrs)
Our Client is a global industry leader in metering solutions headquartered in Europe.
Country Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for the Human Resources function across all employees in India. The role collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer and VP HR in Asia Pacific to set the agenda for people strategies. Once these strategies are set, the role is responsible for the overall management, co-ordination, development and implementation of the policies, processes and initiatives needed to achieve success. This position is a member of the India leadership team and works with other team members to drive attainment of the strategy and goals for the region. The role includes management of the HR team which covers several site.

Qualifications
Post Graduate in HR with 13+ years of experience. Should have been in a generalist HR role involving interface with multiple senior stakeholders, implemented employee engagement & OD interventions at a site level.
