Purpose of the Role :  Manage Organization's business in Malaysia  Qualification & Experience :   - MBA Tier 1, Batch 2010, 2011 or 2012  - Experience of Marketing, Key Accounts Management, Modern Trade Management, Distribution Management and Trade Marketing  Key Deliverables of the Role :   - Co-create the category/brand plans with the regional marketing team  - Lead brand/category activation as per agreed plans   - Manage all P&L variables up to Net Contribution level - ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of spends.   - Lead organization's engagement with the country Distributor and key customers  - Assist the regional marketing team in managing the local media and creative agency relationships.   Key Responsibility Areas :   - Distribution management   - Key account management  - In-Store execution   - Shopper Marketing & Promotions  - Business Planning & Forecasting   - P&L management  Reporting Relationships :   Reports in to : VP Sales   The future of the Incumbent :   - This role acts as a leadership passage role for incumbents to move into key Leadership roles - within the sales function as well as for Business Head Roles across geographies.
