Our Client: A Leading MNC  Job Purpose:  - To serve as the single point of accountability to ensure that technology solutions and services meet the strategic and operational goals of the business.   - Develop and manage an IT project portfolio to support the business strategy and ensure prioritization, clarity and alignment with goals and business outcomes while delivering new projects on-time, within budget.   Major KRA's:  - Identify country business needs and associated IT solutions   - Build, promote and develop a strong and highly engaged IT team across the sites that has the flexible skills for program and project management, business analysis and technical services.  - Work with country senior leadership to influence business strategy and drive the development of an IT account   - Develop and manage the IT country investment portfolio   - Lead all efforts relating to strategic IT planning, IT delivery, IT services and IT budget and spending for the entire IT organization in market  - Partner with regional and functional leaders to understand the market and industry business drivers in order to shape and influence the business, and articulate and sell a cohesive IT strategy.   - Create IT Roadmaps and Portfolio aligned with country business strategy   Desired Profile:  - Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Science or Business is required  - 5-10 year experience in a leadership role in IT management, working with business leadership teams and driving IT strategy  - Business & financial acumen  - Strategic thinking  - Ability to thinking cross-divisionally and working across boundaries  - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior business executives  - Project management skills
