Country Head - Sales - Pharma/FMCG/Telecom

Country Head with P & L responsibility must have complete ownership of the business unit's successes and failures. This includes identification of new business opportunity with aim of gaining wider work exposure in the identified areas in industry and consider their impact on their Business division and on overall organization.

Is responsibilities to run all aspects of selling, relationship development and brand awareness to grow revenue. This includes defining and implementing sales strategy by having thorough knowledge of the market.

Essentially required to ensure the successful delivery of the business's outcomes through the strategic development of business plans. Put sales team in perfect order to deliver client based objectives

Business Head must build strong client relationships at the decision makers level. On closure of sales pitch, business head will be responsible to share details with client servicing head for closure of event execution.

Required skills:

1.Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem is a must.

2. Preferred Qualification: MBA

3. Understanding of Key account management principles / consultative selling will be an added advantage.

4. Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.

5. Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations.
