Graduate Engineer with post Diploma/ MBA in Material Management / Operations.  Looking for profiles from HEAVY ENGINEERING industry only.  Should have minimum 10 years experience in managerial capacity and min 3 years as country head.  Must be below 52 years of age.  Profile :  - Experience of procurement (foreign and domestic), localization, Vendor development etc.  - Experience in Supply chain, Engineering, people management,  - Handling volume of approx 300 Crores+.  - Making strategy, planning, directing and implementation,  - Schedule making, supervision and budget control,  - Vendor development, alternate sourcing for cost down activity.  - Managing global and domestic vendors for equipment and spares.  - Pricing, Delivery terms and contract management.  - Over seeing quality and warehousing.  - Supporting global vendor base.
