About our Client: Our client is a leading FMCG player with a huge range of well know brands. They are leaders within the category and have a big consumer base. The working culture is friendly and diverse giving a great prospect to grow within the company. They are looking for a Country Head to lead and achieve growth targets.

Job Description: Reporting to the APAC Head, you will be responsible for :

- Implement the strategic plans that will deliver the objectives and priorities set by the Board.

- Agree key marketing tasks that will support and develop the Brands.

- Communicate the operational plans to key staff and ensure that they are fully understood.

- Put in place adequate operational plans and financial control systems.

- Represent the company to major customers and professional associations.

- Build and maintain an effective executive team who help drive the business forward.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a 1999-2000 batch passout from a Premier B school with at least 15 years of experience within the FMCG sector.

- An ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills with a proven record of managing mid sized profitable business and delivering tangible results.
