They are looking to hire a country director for Bangladesh to further fuel their growth.

Job Description:

Reporting to the regional director, You will be responsible to :

- Achieve the short term goals for business units & implement the long term strategy of the company to build a sustainable business model.

- Build strong working relationships and leverage the regional finance, marketing and counselor training and client relations teams based in India.

- To provide strong business leadership, instilling organization's vision for the performance driven culture with the local management team

- Lead the team at a functional and operational level, mentoring, coaching, motivating, communicating and driving for excellent business results

- Lead the development and implementation of country and office based business plans aligned with regional and global goals

- Lead the teams to provide outstanding service and support to customers, clients, and partners to achieve sales, market share and profit targets

The Successful Candidate :

- You should have over 10 years of experience (with a Master's degree) in Sales & Operations centric business vertical with strong commercial acumen and experience in developing growth strategies, business plans, budgets and expansion plans across regions in Bangladesh.

- You should have MNC retail experience with minimum 3 years in leading a team. You should have strong proven existing Operational skills and an ability to communicate effectively.

- You should be strong ethical leader who respects diversity in employees and have the willingness to undertake reasonable travel within area. Furthermore, you should have strong problem resolution skills.
