The Role :

- Do you have the fire in the belly and the sales strategic planning ability to introduce, steer and drive the business of our very successful Client as Country Business Development Manager

- You will be responsible for enterprise sales like ERP, CRM etc. in Bangladesh. As BDM, you will have to lead the full sales process from contact to closing, signing new high potential partners in order to drive revenues and will be responsible for the entire business growth within the assigned territory.

- You will also be responsible for account management, sales strategy and good practices all over the sales funnel, from potential client's identification and qualification, cold calling, strategic sales process planning and closing all revenue opportunities along with delivery teams.

- The key task of the BDM will be to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, profits, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning.

- This role will be central to Client's success and to positioning itself as a top notch brand in the field for Bangladesh market. Our client has big business plans for Bangladesh and you would be assuming a key role in developing it.

Responsibilities :

- Develop client portfolio by evaluating new businesses and opportunities.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities: build and grow a healthy pipeline in order to fulfill challenging targets + manage all steps of the sales process.

- Responsible for account management to ensure successful order fulfillment along with delivery teams.

- Establish solid relationships with role players at the highest levels of an organization.

- Create and/or review sales reports and forecasts, and ongoing status or event specific reports,

- Close deals and manage the administrative process and contracts.

Knowledge & Experience :

- This role requires a solid 3-4 years relevant sales experience in ERP like Infor, Oracle, IFS or SAP. The candidate should have 5-7 years experience in overall IT Software Sales.

- Must speak Bengali and English.

- The candidate should have owned and achieved revenue target of around INR 2-4 Crores.

- The individual will have well-established relationships with senior level commercial decision makers. He/she must have good experience of field sales in Bangladesh region.

- Ambitious, entrepreneurial by nature, self-motivated, focused on - adding value- are just a few qualities that this person must have.

- Base location would be Dhaka, but flexibility is needed as interstate travel may be required for 10-15 days a month

- Interest to work in a fast pace environment with a pro-active approach to achieving goals.

What We Offer :

CTC : 8 - 10 Lac

- Variable bonus : 60:40 or 70:30 depending on experience and market knowledge.
