Councellor - B School (5-10 yrs)
1. Identifies, prospects, and qualifies new client opportunities, promoting the value of educational products, and solutions for the company and its employees.
2. Seeks and identifies placement opportunities for students and graduates.
3. Review market analyses, monitor competitive activity and proactively identify customer needs. Regularly calls on company leadership seeking feedback on performance and service levels and identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.
4. Negotiate agreements for services, programs and pricing within assigned account base.
5. Drive and maintain high customer service levels within assigned account base.
6. Encourages partner company executive involvement in all aspects of REN, including but not limited to curriculum development, student projects, placements, and guest speakers.
7. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
