The Operations Manager will work closely with our Head of Growth and CEO to manage the day-to-day non-technical operations including the Marketing, Logistics, and Sales functions.

We are looking for someone who possesses the keen instincts and problem-solving skills necessary to keep our operations running effectively and efficiently.

You will be managing and nurturing a lot of relationships - startups, SME- s, Landlords, Office Providers, Real-estate companies, partners and alliances; Hence you should have the right aptitude and personality for relationship management

- Provide feedback to product and engineering about common member issues or concerns

- Help to streamline the customer service process

- Familiarize yourself with all of our spaces

- Create and maintain strong relationships with our members

- Provide immediate assistance by phone or email

- Answer customers- questions, handle complaints and manage relationships

- Offer memberships and handle payment plans

Some good to have skills (but not mandatory)

Real-estate, commercial leasing experience

Customer Service Experience

Kick-ass operations manager who can lead all operations from source to destination

Can work independently in a geography with minimal supervision

Relevant Experience- operations including sales service and customer success management
