Correlation Trading - IIT - Bank

We have a job opening with one of my client in Mumbai with a leading MNC bank.

Specifications required :-

- Strong academic background with quant skills and basic understanding of finance

- Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Python

- Good analytical and communication skills, quick learner, high attention to detail, solid organizational and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and also capable of handling and communicating with various teams

Responsibilities :

- Managing and optimizing SQL queries written for loading and analyzing the data as per requirements.

- Responsible for switch requests on managed portfolios - involves calculating the Price difference & change in the exposure on Single name CDS hedges, followed by the execution of the trade and the CDS hedges.

- Running Day end process for generating production vols for the desk and calculating PnL estimate
