Corporate Trainer (Soft Skills)
- To own and manage the training and development activity at the site level by effectively managing the delivery of specific training's as well as organizing and coordinating other training's delivered by internal/external trainers. Also manage the tracking and reporting of training activity at individual, functional level through a dashboard.
- Assess training needs of the functions, purpose, review and plan the training's post management approval.
- Identify and introduce new market trends on training's (topics, vendors, styles) for management review and consideration.
- Ensure regular and sufficient training sessions are conducted at site.
- Report any issues related to training schedule, attendance, facility etc. to the management for resolution.
- Deliver training on specific soft skills/competencies
- Training Co-ordination
- Demonstrate and maintain content expertise
- Ensure the quality production, branding & maintenance of all learning materials under the trainers topic-area of responsibility.
- Plan and prepare appropriate resources prior to the course
- Ability to grasp new skills / knowledge to be able deliver training (TTT)
- Ability to conduct TNA, Identify training ( technical or process) needs and Implemet them by customizing solutions with the help of Trainer /SME for a specific function
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT or BPO industry
- Exposure to training (delivery) & high level knowledge of training business in corporate world
