We are hiring Corporate Trainer for L&D Team of India's Biggest IT & Service Firm in Kolkata/ Gandhinagar.  Job Role: Corporate Trainer (Learning & Development)  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for grooming associates in - Initial Learning Program on multiple tracks like Speaking Skills, Listening Skills, Business Writing Skills, Team Work Skills, Professional Grooming, and Values & Behavior.  - Impart behavioral competency training   - Training Need Analysis basis need identified or requirement stated by the internal/external clients  - Assess associates and slot them into different learning levels and coach them accordingly.  - Track the associates' performance on academic, business and behavioral parameters.  - Train associates in the newly created Virtual Learning Platform.  - Launch Special initiatives and collaborate on; Catalyst training, Team Leaders developmental track, Managers - process improvement workshop, Leadership development program.  - Review with the leadership team monthly to know the client expectation.  Experience:4-8 years.   Required Skills:   - Should have working experience in imparting behavioral training.  - Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English  - Ability to work independently or in a team.  Qualifications: Any Graduate/post graduate with relevant experience  Note :10+2+3 i.e; 15 years of regular education is must.  Career gap of more than 2 years is not eligible.  You can also call on 08602000203 to discuss further.  Mayanka
