Job role :
- Provide strategic support and advice in handling of critical business issues, expansion plans for different businesses and draft the key communications.
- Review of the businesses P&L Reports, WIP and other progress reports periodically - analyse the key trends and share the critical observation with all relevant stakeholders, recommend control measures and/or assist in implementing the same.
- To help Business Development as and when necessary with business and financial analysis, strategic presentations and reports.
- To play a crucial role in developing an understanding of new business initiatives and share this business knowledge with key decision makers for effective implementation.
- Support business heads to develop vision and a 3 year forecast for the business. Ensure that the business is grown in parts under multiple new owners for each city and to monitor/ track progress with new owners
- Analysis of performance of various businesses within consulting both at city level and as well as at domain level.
- Will be responsible for Growth strategy, sales srategy, Sales planning & implementation.
Financials & Miscellaneous Responsibilities :
- Track and analyse the revenue and Flash, to highlight areas which require immediate attention across the cities.
- Actively engage with business for debt collection. Play a proactive role in improving overall bad debt situation of the base business.
