Corporate Strategy Role

- Analyze and evaluate industry, investment environment, and valuation for investment opportunities

- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, valuation and structure transactions for both Investments and Exits

- Perform due diligence in evaluating investment opportunities with investment positives, risks & possible mitigations

- Prepare, negotiate and close term sheets, JV agreements etc. with prospective Seller/Buyer/Partner

- Prepare information memorandum for bankers, pitch for funding, liaise with bankers for preparing credit proposals

- Manage and monitor portfolio investments
