Corporate strategy PE/VC - IIT / IIM  - Ideal candidate will be closely working with the Promoter of the company.  - Candidate will be responsible for business strategies, financial analysis, business modeling, budgetary controls for business proposals.  - Should be a part of private equity funding or venture capital team in the current origination.   - Engaging in business development strategies and programs.  - Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the business strategy including business growth, partnership strategies.  - Responsible to bring opportunities which help executing the vision of the company to grow through expansion, debottlenecking, diversification, joint ventures and M&A.  - Negotiation act in unison with the Management in the negotiation of potential acquisitions and partnerships.  - Analysis on new initiatives, projects and business opportunities along with developing, reporting and forecasting models that fully integrate all key business components.  - Coordination with cross functional teams for strategies on project planning, execution and cost control, ensuring the accuracy of the entire business planning process.
