Corporate Strategy Manager - M&A (2-5 yrs)

- Identify Investment Opportunities in other domains / Industry, Market Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Business Plans.
- Produce financial data, Financial Modeling, Valuation
Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed Corporate strategy, Business Plan, Investment Analysis, financial analysis and financial models
- Assisting in the development of the Company / Investors annual business plans and budgets
- Support due diligence process through the preparation of market studies, evaluation of corporate documents, development of financial projections and other activities
Qualification & Experience
- MBA (must ) from Top B School
- 2 - 5 years of professional work experience in corporate strategy
- Advanced financial modeling skills with demonstrated ability to build integrated financial models for business
planning, budgeting, leveraged acquisitions and other transactions
Personal Characteristics
- Excellent end-to-end problem solving, including: problem structuring, primary and secondary data gathering,
quantitative analysis (modeling skills a must), synthesis, and development of recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for analysis
- Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth
- Strong record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
- Self starting, motivated, results driven individual.
- Strategic thinker
- Resourceful, responsible, patient, tenacious, informed, independent, confident, and energetic
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook and database software (e.g. Access)
