The current opportunity is for a renowned Conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai.
The incumbent should be currently working in a Consumer facing industry or doing Consulting to such industries.
He/she will get exposure to:

He/she would have to track and analyze relevant industrial and economic trends and thus make value-enhancing long term strategic recommendations to the business. Conceptualizing, articulating, creating and executing the business strategy for long term value creation with complete involvement of the stake holders.
Lead in critical projects that are strategically important work with cross functional teams in a matrix structure and persuade the functional leaders for providing necessary support.
He would be responsible for ‘high impact’ innovative strategic projects - in Product, project, process or Business Model. He would spearhead the company to achieve a paradigm shift by conceptualizing and bringing in new product / projects/ processes with high consumer connect.
We invite applications from BE, MBAs with 5-7 years of post qualification experience in reputed corporate or consulting companies focusing on consumer insights. Must have exposure in Strategy for new product development, brand strategy, marketing & sales in FMCG, Durables, Telecom, Pharma industries. Consulting for consumer centric industries would also do.
Those having exposure in the B2B space, Financial sector or only consulting need not apply.
Remuneration : Rs.24 – Rs.28 lacs per annum
