We are seeking to hire a Strategy Consultant for one of the largest industrial organizations specialzing into various businesses like EPC, Heavy engineering, defence , Aerospace, Mining.

As part of the Corporate strategy team the person would be responsible for handholding Strategy implementation across businesses,  strategy Formulation for new / incubating businesses, Market entry strategy, Carrying out feasability studies for new opportunities, Driving Operational Excellence initiatives in various businesses, carrying out industry/competition analysis

Desired profile :

 - Requires MBA 

 - 5-8 years work experience with a management consulting large scale business transformation projects.

 - Person could have worked outside consulting organization but 3-4 years of minimum startegy consulting expereince in manufacturing/mining/ engineering/ EPC is mandatory

 - Overall project and program management experience.

 - Strong leadership skills.

 - Demonstrated academic success.

 - Strong oral and written communication skills.

 - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

 - Clear record of success in previous positions.

 - Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurship.
