- Experience in selling Insurance Products to Corporate/SME is must
- Product knowledge/Market knowledge / extensively networked.
- Key account management skills.
- Having the ability tomaximize profitable volume growth,market shareandclient preference in the assigned market.
- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally managing & ensuring effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporate in the area for growth in business.
- Direct Sales of General Insurance with currently Known Clients or Develop New Clients based on the Personal Database or Past Relationships.
- Acquiring Corporate/SME new Clients on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Clients and helping themunderstand various insurance products.
- Service existing clients in terms of GAP analysis, claim support.
- Benefit benchmarking for new as well as existing clients.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
- Market & industry analysis.
- Regular updates to be shared with clients
- Leveraging ecosystem for enhancing client relationship.
- Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations.
- Organize events for these institutional/ Corporate/SME investors on regular basis to build on higher mind share and market share from these corporate.
Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
