OUR Client is looking for a Female Talent for the role of a Corp. Secretarial for a Large MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.
A Female talent with CS qualified + LLB ( Preferred ) with 10-12 years of work exp. in the areas of Secretarial & Merger and Acquisition of a large FMCG business...
The Role -
- Responsible for corporate, secretarial and governance compliance.
- Overseeing the secretarial and governance for the Group Companies
- Business Partner with M&A and treasury team for execution of M&A projects
- Proactively work for research new governance practices and implement the same in the organisation
- Job involves interaction with Shareholders, Government Officials with Statutory Bodies like SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchanges, Depositories, ROC office, Registrar and Share transfer agent, Office of Independent Directors.
