- Maintaining liaison with Top Management of the Key Accounts.
- Responsible for New Business Development & retention of Old Contracts.
- Providing proper logistic solutions to customers.
- Identifying improvement areas and suggesting measures to maximize process output and service levels.
- Selling Freight of Air & Sea, Includes Global Freight Forwarding (Import & Export), Supply chain, Customs Clearance as well as Customer Support.
- Visiting Corporate Companies giving presentations to get the business.
- Retaining the existing customers and acquiring the business from the new Customers and maintaining the good customer business relationship.
- Re- Working on the lost customers, Chasing for the new sectors from the existing customers to increase the companies’ revenue.
- Maintained and expanded the account base to meet the Annual budgets
