Corporate Sales - Equipment Financing (5-8 yrs)
Purpose of the Role: To establish the company in the Large Corporate market segment and create a niche for Strategic Equipment finance vertical by achieving the set business targets and creating delighted and repeat customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new client relationships in Large Corporate segment for Equipment Leasing and Financing. Develop broad based relationships with the senior management of customers at CFO level.
- Build and enhance relationship with manufacturers and vendors and leverage these relationships to enhance the business.
- Originate and work with credit and risk teams as necessary to structure, execute and implement financing solutions for clients across all financial products like loan, operating leases, supplier’s credit, etc.
- Achieve Company’s objective in terms of earnings, assets liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed targets from client relationship across all product financing solutions.
- Handling any kind of customer grievances that may arise at any point of time in the entire process.
Key Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills at CXO level especially at CFO level of large Corps.
- Understanding of Credit risk, Balance sheet.
- Self motivated & Result Oriented. Should have drive towards achieving target/goals.
- Good communication skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- B. Com Graduate, MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Finance) are Preferred.
- 3 years - 4 years relevant experience in selling of financial products in large Corporate segment must. Overall 5-8 years experience.
