Corporate Recruiter - eCommerce Startup (4-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for IT requirements including interview, feedback and offer process
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including job boards, internal referrals, your external network, etc to provide high quality candidates for open positions
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Design/ Development of interview/ talent assessment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
- Assist new joinees in the on boarding process; assisting payroll team with new joinees data
- Assist in induction process & facilitate quick assimilation time for the new hire; mapping performance of new hire for the first 90 days
Employee Engagement:
- Ideating & devising employee engagement activities for each month in line with the culture at Cleartrip
- Maintain employee relations to stay abreast of concerns and address grievances/personnel issues
- Active participation during all exit interviews and prepare report on findings, review turnover analysis and promote retention of the high performing team members
Desired Candidate :
- Atleast 4-5 years experience in IT Recruitment's specifically, experience of handling other HR activities will be an added advantage
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good Networking skills
- Team Player
- Self Motivated & ability to take initiatives
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate in HR
