PMO for a renowned Pharma Company(client)

Objective: Assisting the MD and other BU heads in organisation’s new Initiatives with regards to Strategy Development, Acquisitions, Financial Matters and joint ventures.

Education Qualification:

Full time MBA from a renowned institute.

Experience
2-10 years

1. Supports specific corporate projects usually with a cross functional team.

2. Advises, Monitors and gives feedback to Workstreams designed to drive the Go Go Go acceleration program.

3. Supports Performance Management program in the affiliate.

4. Partnering with BU heads to identify business development and growth opportunities.

5. Implements measures to regularly track the progress of sales and critical projects of the organization.

6. Assists MD and ET members in preparing for corporate updates.

7. Provide insightful analysis on business improvement areas.

8. Evaluate feasibility for proposed internal business improvement projects.

9. Implements systems and processes that better facilitate the sharing of information and promote business excellence throughout the Organization.

10. Strong analytical skill, interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross cultural/functional team
