Corporate Planning & Strategy - Infrastructure Finance Firm

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist VC / Jt MD in corporate strategy & planning initiatives for group cos

- Develop detailed business plan, organization structure and financial metrics

- Assist in Identifying opportunities in new markets domestic as well as international.

- Be the voice of VC / Jt MD in different forums where needed

- Prepare Business/Board Reviews Presentations and reports, corporate submissions

- Analyze Business current performance, collaborating and driving initiatives to improve business performance with co-ordination from all the HODs and highlight risks, opportunities.

- Use Business Intelligence tools to help the senior management in taking decisions.

- Cost benefit analysis/Cost reduction strategies and financial analysis for the projects

- Relationship building and management with domestic and foreign investors, Govt bureaucrats

Qualification:

Any graduate with MBA FROM PREMIER B-SCHOOLS.
