Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements:

- Required Education: MBA from reputed institute

- Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 years of work experience in corporate planning or analytics (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Company) -

Major responsibilities are listed below:

Analytics

- Tracking peer group / industry results, developments, management commentary -

- Tracking key health & performance metrics of business and providing business/ Top Management with lead indicators

- Providing insights & latest trends on industry & its impact on business

- Providing strategic options & changes to support businesses to do better

Management Reporting

- Monthly reporting of business performance

- Presentations to Top Management on Business health & performance

- Presentations to Board/Audit Committee on Company’s health & performance

Planning Process

- Setting aspiration & targets for business and company

- Benchmarking with peers & industry

- Setting productivity improvement metrics as part of Planning process

Financial Closing related activities – Quarterly & Annual

- Analytical Reviews as per IGAAP & IFRS

- Performance reports & presentations for Board & Audit Committee

- MD&A sections for quarterly & Annual reports

Key Personal Attributes:

- Analytical frame of mind and strong communication skills & networking skills

Operating Network:

- BU Finance Teams / Strategic Planning teams / Other Corporate Finance functions / Top Management
