Corporate Marketing Manager - FMCG/Media/Hospitality/Healthcare/Pharma

The Role :

- Marketing, Branding & Communication - Strategy and execution.

- Marketing plans, programs, campaigns to increase awareness of the brand that aids in customer acquisition.

- Conceptualize, plan and execute impactful and innovative advertising campaigns. Influence internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute campaigns across media ATL, BTL, digital to ensure brand growth

- Execution of specific areas like :

- Outdoor promotion plan and hyper local efforts to drive walk ins to a specific centre

- Monitor unit level handling of incoming enquirers to better the conversion rates

- Coordinate advertising efforts in print media and affiliate media like club mags etc

- Drive affiliations with hotels, associations, clubs, allied partners for co-promotion and marketing activities. Example: placing coupons for use by hotel guests

- Track communication to prospects until conversion. There on they get handed over to specific location coordinator as part of ongoing member connect initiatives

- Ownership and execution of social media and online presence.

- Drive marketing calendar for every month or quarter - involving studio level events and also external participation

- Monitor and supervise marketing and customer engagement activities for each centre

- Launch-related marketing responsibilities for new centres.

The Person :

- High energy go-getter with about 3 to 6 years experience in Marketing and Sales with abundant enthusiasm for a startup environment

- Experience in brand management including advertising

- Experience in handling multiple agencies for digital marketing, media, etc

- Adept at social media skills

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Prior exposure in Marketing & Campaign Management

- Working with multiple teams across locations

- Open to domestic travel
