- Assessing, designing, implementing & evaluating training for new hires and existing sales team members for the pan-India sales team.
- Work closely with marketing on continuous design, delivery and implementation of training to maintain sales force effectiveness in the marketplace.
- Recommend and manage external vendors to bring high quality services within the set budget
- 10+ yrs of experience and having handled a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to effectively assess training needs, design, develop, and implement training to achieve desired training result
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, coach and develop people in complex sales organization.
