Corporate Legal Professional - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- The support on a corporate legal basis is to be provided to Merchant Bank, NBFC, Primary Dealer and Information Technology registered entities.

- This support will be primarily based in the areas of providing advisory support to the businesses mentioned above as well as independently negotiating IT, Non-IT, market data, real estate related commercial contracts.

- The support could also include dealing with entity set up, contentious matters, governance, intercompany, intellectual property etc.

Skills :

- Candidate should have experience of working in a Bank, NBFC or IT service company

- Should have had previous management experience
