US Federal/State forums as well as Indian forums such as the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).   IP Commercialization: Cross-border transactions, IP acquisition, Patent valuation, and IP licensing.   IP Counseling: Novelty, infringement, invalidity and freedom to operate opinions, product clearances, and asset/portfolio management.  - Interaction with Senior Legal Counsels Across the globe.  - High savings
