Candidate Profile: Prior exposure in PMS, Career planning, Succession planning, Development Centers, Compen & Benefits, Educational initiatives, O.D initiatives
Responsibilities:
1. Identification of Critical & High performing talent from within
2. Design , anchor and handhold Development path for high performing talent
3. Drive Performance Management System - Workshops , performance counseling
4. Institutionalize High performance Work culture
5. Policy Deployment
6. Compensation & Benefits - Design & Deploy
7. Strategic Alliances with Educational institutions and long tern educational tieups
8. Manage Employee Life Cycle Management
9. Manage Payroll & Benefits Administration
10. Statutory requirements across Regions & States
11. Environment Management - Local bodies, Statutory visits
12. HR Monthly Reporting , On time MIS
13. HR Budget
