Corporate HR Professional - Wellness Centre

This Position is with One of the Client having Wellness Centres, It is based out of Gurgaon.

Key Responsibility Area :

Define & Deploy Organizational Values, Business Ethics and Code of Conduct - Position & Design at Enterprise level the Talent, Performance Management, Learning & Development framework

- Help design and deploy initiatives to create a strong employer brand and preferred employer status, to attract the right talent

- Strategizing and Implementing Performance Management Process

- Comprehensive Training Needs Identification Exercise, mapping of learning partners and creating a holistic learning journey

- Define and devise framework that drive emotional connect and purposive energy

- Administration of Employee Engagement Survey, action planning of results and implementing key findings

- Craft & Drive formal open communication forums between Leadership and teams below- Contribute to create a web presence for the Organization

- Designing & Implementing recognition platforms for employee achievements

- Partner with Business HRMS to assess / diagnose critical human resource issues, oversee implementation of new HR programs and practices across functions. Ensure design and delivery of HR projects and services are relevant to functional needs.

- Also support HR Leadership to create HR annual operating plans, policy making, manpower planning
