Corporate HR - Ops - C&B/PMS - Mfg/Auto

Designation - Corporate HR – HR operation, C&B/ PMS

Experience - 5-6 years extensive experience in Corporate HR role

Location - New Delhi/ Gurgaon

Qualification: MBA from premiere institute

Preferred from Manufacturing / Auto or related setup.

Client: Leading Client of ABC

Must Have:

a) Employee Engagement surveys, PMS

b) Design C&B policies, bonus, rewards, structuring of organisation

c) Experience of driving Gallup Q12, champions training, organizational development & future road map.

d) Identification & implementation of corporate best practices

e) Operational excellence

f) Expertise: HR operation, designing of C & B policies, performance management, Talent development

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially English).

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- High energy and drive
